ABOUT JOSH GIRGENTI

HELPING LEADERS BECOME BETTER, MORE EFFECTIVE, AND MORE HOLISTIC LEADERS

From a young age, Josh always had a knack for opportunity. Starting in the 5th grade, he sold drinks and snacks outside a local golf course to buy his own electric scooter (they were all the rage before Birds were cool). A year later, he started a landscape company that he later sold to support his first year in college. These humble beginnings inspired his entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for leaders and their development.

Today, Josh serves as the Engagement Director/Associate Pastor at Grace Community Church in Tempe, AZ overseeing Groups, Classes, Men’s and Women’s Ministries, and their Online Church.

Other than long walks on the beach, his passions are quality time with friends and family and getting outdoors. Hiking, biking, camping, traveling, and exploring new places are just some of his favorites. If its adventure, I’m there!

Josh’s life mission is:

“To help leaders become better, more effective, and more holistic leaders.”

The good news is this: Everyone’s a leader and we all have someone that we’re influencing.

The great news is this: Whether we’re leading ourselves, those around us, or those entrusted to us, we can always become better, more effective, and more holistic in our leadership.

Whoever you’re leading, wherever you’re leading, or however you’re leading now, my goal is to help equip and empower leaders like yourself to step into the person God has called you and your people to be.
